Areas of operation

Our head office is in George, Western Cape and we further have an office in Thembisa from where we service the whole of the East Rand, West Rand, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Vaal Triangle, Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo, Kwazulu Natal, Northern and Western Cape and Freestate. We further have satelite office in Stutterheim where we cover the following areas from Alice, King Williams Town, East London, Stutterheim, Cathcart, Queenstown, Dordrecht, Indwe, Cofimvaba, Elliot, Ugie, Maclaer, Cala, Butterworth, Tsomo, Nqamakwe, Idutywa, Umtata, Port St Johns, Elliotdale, Mqanduli, Nqeleni, Lusikisiki, Flagstaff, Bizana, Qumbu, Tsolo, Mt Frere, Mt Ayliff, Tabankulu, Mt Fletcher, Matatiele, Maluti and Kokstad any other town that falls in this area should it not be mentioned. Working for Mines 1970 Unclaimed Benefits Preservation Pension & Provident Funds we have worked in all provinces in South Africa physically tracing beneficiaries of the Fund and having documents signed.

The headoffice in George has a 15 seat callcentre, 4 permanent field agents and 3 admin staff. Some of our call centre agents double up as field agents when required. We developed a system during lockdown where our callcentre agents are able to work from home. So when required we move our experienced agents to work from home and fill other seats in the call centre. As we don’t have offices in each province we work on a rotating system with our field agents, where each province is visited at least once a month.
